I am downloading the Sting vid that JoesMEchanic put up. My Question is can I view the torrent as it downloads to make sure I have a good copy? Tried to look at a folder that I thought had finished, but I bring up the Windows classic media player which played the Live at baked potatoe and live in Tokyo with Chick. I get on the player "Failed to render file" Does this mean i have a bad download and should start over or jsut cannot view anything till it is all downloaded. Any help would be appreciated.

I hate waiting......want instant gratification.... [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img] I did not know how to get the other to play when I downloaded them since I did not know what VOB file was then. Now, I want to see it, RIGHT NOW. No student stoday, since it is spring break here and all my student today moved or our out or town and figured I could watch some of this today. Well, back to wating. [img]mad.gif[/img] [img]wink.gif[/img]

That's why I sart DLg shortly b4 bedtime & let it run all night long [if it's not thunderstorming out!]...

I think you have to DL a bit-torrent "client" to play your file...

Cure for "happy fingers" - click on the "edit" icon button ["pencil & paper" ] in the upR corner of your post, highlight your text [L click drag] when the page/box comes up, R click your highlight & delete...

[C&P your "oops.......happy fingers" notification in place of...this is optional, of course ;c)]...

...then, "edit post"... [img]cool.gif[/img]

Hey Don!!! You'll love the show!!! The audio and video are killin!!

As far as who originally "put it up", it wasn't me. I was just "seeding" (staying on as an "uploader" to help out the guys that didn't get the show yet.... which also increases your download speed).

My screename is Jhonster.

Best to buy a copy of Nero or some other audio/video editing program to watch the video. The newest version of nero allows for advanced editing features that are somewhat user freindly. You'll still have to take some time and learn about somet things.

FYI everyone, if you use the Azureus BT client, you can make it download the file sequentially so you can view it, but this tends to slw the download down a lot

Jeeze!!!!

Here's a great audio show. Sting in Italy 1991 with Vinnie. There are..... get this..... 63 (count em!!) 63!!! Seeders!!!!

My download speed is around 300 KiB's!!!

I downloaded 203mb in about 10 minutes!!

Will post some of these tunes if they sound clean.
